No server maintenance message or login failure, can log in and queue and maneuver the tabs in game, can load into the lobby but it kicks people out to the main menu or keeps some in the lobby without progressing or saying anyone got kicked from the lobby

the game is sending me to the lobby when im picking character
Matchmaking death spiral. You get into the lobby, but about 10 seconds after that, it requeues everyone. Been through 15 rounds of automatic re-queues. Everyone seems to have the same issue, no one is actually getting a match. Not because someone is leaving the lobby. I verified my game files and relaunched, same issue. Seems to be server-side.
