I am playing on Console (XBox) and have been playing on the server for a week. I Can find the server but the type icon is red is.

When I get in game there are items in my work benches im no where close to unlocking, around level 7 and 8 armor and im on level 3. its saying I dont have a recipe to repair my bronze items as well. I tried restarting the game and it did not help.
