I’m in Ontario. When I select play the game tries to search for an opportunity but after a few seconds it gives up with the message “Unable to connect with the matchmaking service”

states "unable to communicate with the matchmaking service, please try again". it is stuck in a continous cycle of trying again then this message pops up.
the games frozen closed and reopened the app several times just gives the option to return to game then it just takes me back to the frozen game cant retreat cant do nothing i cant play at all
