Not sure if this is due to the game update from Google Play, but game will not load, having issues with game downloading new data.

It won't let me download the update
“Retrieving version info” goes fine, but the next step never starts and I get an error message. Retrying the download, closing and reopening the app, swapping between wifi and 5G, turning on and off airplane mode, restarting my phone, updating my phone. None of it worked.
