Tried to access online multiplayer, but each attempt always failed even though my Switch's internet connection works well outside of this. The error code is 2814-9999, which is somehow not documented on Nintendo's official website, but searching it on Google directed me to a Reddit thread that started 1 year ago where a few people had the same issue as me. Apparently, 6 months ago, some of them e-mailed Eden Games about it and received the answer "the servers are down, but our team is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible".
