Mods aren’t downloading, saying there is an error but I can redownload certain mods that I deleted.

Cannot play cross play

The network connection was interrupted. Online features are disabled.

game wont start

"Can't use this content. Can't connect to the server to verify your license. Wait a while, and then try again."

Told in main menu of Baldur's Gate 3 that my mod.io account is connected, upon loading into multiplayer game I was told I had limited access and not connected. I play on PC while my partner plays on Playstation 5. We have not previously had issues as we have been playing in this save for a while, we have been able to add mods to the save no issue making sure the mod is compatible for both platforms. Both parties have logged in and out of Larian as well as Mod.io multiple times, reset the game multiple times, and even disable the mod that we though was problematic. Still I keep seeing that I have limited assess to mod.io (once loaded into the multiplayer world) even after in the main menu, its validated that im logged in as well as the websites saying everything is properly connected. Nothing has worked, ive even gone to validate all my files in the game. To no avail. Thank you for reading, fix your game :)

Crashes when all 4 players log in

unable to connect to a multiplayer party after multiple attempts. playing w/ no mods. was playing fine before, tried to go back to a save, it crashed and has been down regardless of restarted games/platforms
